"The Pilates History course exceeded my expectations. It provides a fascinating look at the origins and evolution of the Pilates method, helping you understand not only who Joseph Pilates was, but also the philosophy and principles that continue to shape authentic Pilates today. The material is engaging, well organized, and presented in a way that makes history relevant to modern teaching. This course gave me a much deeper appreciation for the method and created a strong foundation for everything that followed in the program. I highly recommend it to anyone beginning their Pilates education."
