Founded by Women. Built for the Future of Pilates.

Three Women. Three Different Backgrounds. One Shared Vision.

The Flow Method is a comprehensive Pilates teacher training and certification program created in Puerto Rico by three women united by a passion for movement, education, and excellence.

Built upon the foundation of classical Pilates, modern movement science, mentorship, and professional development, The Flow Method prepares future Pilates instructors to teach with confidence, knowledge, and purpose.

Adriana Vincenti, third-generation Pilates teacher, educator, and co-creator of The Flow Method, completed her comprehensive Pilates certification under Lolita San Miguel, one of the few remaining Pilates Elders personally certified by Joseph Pilates. A graduate of Universidad del Sagrado Corazón with studies in Psychology and a minor in Judicial Systems, Adriana is known for her precision, clarity, and deep respect for the classical Pilates method. She has become one of Puerto Rico’s most respected Pilates educators and remains deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of confident, knowledgeable, and skilled instructors through The Flow Method.

C. Zulma Peña, entrepreneur, wellness advocate, and co-creator of The Flow Method bring expertise in business development, curriculum design, and professional education. With many years of experience managing and overseeing healthcare operations, health, wellness have remained at the center of her professional journey. Her passion for education and well-being helped shape a Pilates certification program that supports students from their first training hours through successful and sustainable teaching careers.

Natalia Maldonado, architect, designer, entrepreneur, and co-founder, shaped the visual identity and learning environment of The Flow Method through intentional design, refined aesthetics, and thoughtful spatial experiences. As the owner of three successful retail stores in Puerto Rico, Natalia is highly respected within the design and business community for her creativity, vision, and entrepreneurial leadership. Her work reflects the same precision, clarity, and attention to detail that define the Pilates method itself.

Together, they created a Pilates education program that honors the legacy of Joseph Pilates while preparing instructors for the evolving needs of today's movement industry.

Today, The Flow Method is proud to be Puerto Rico's leading Pilates teacher training program and the first Pilates school created and taught in Puerto Rico to meet NPCP eligibility standards and be included in the NPCP School Directory. This recognition reflects our commitment to educational excellence, professional standards, and the advancement of Pilates education both locally and internationally.

More Than a Pilates Certification

The Flow Method is more than a Pilates instructor course. It is a learning experience rooted in mentorship, community, movement science, classical Pilates principles, and real-world teaching practice.

Our mission is to develop knowledgeable, confident, and compassionate Pilates instructors who will inspire the next generation of movers.

Pilates Teacher Training. Pilates Certification. Pilates Excellence.
