This 3-Weekend training is the next step on your path to becoming a Certified Pilates Mat Teacher. You will master the full classical Pilates mat repertoire and gain the tools to teach effectively, well sequenced classes for all levels. By the end of this course, you will be prepared to lead private and group Pilates Mat sessions with clarity, confidence, and precision.

•Final assessments is a written test on the final day of the course. The practical final test is a recorded video of the student giving a class a the studio.
