Course Format: 32 Hours, delivered over a period of 4 weekends.

• Self - Practice + Teaching Hours: 20 hours

• Observation Hours: 10 hours

• Apprentice Hours: 10 hours

• Final Exam: Written + Practical Exam 

•Final Exam Fee: $200 (By Appointment)

Duration: 4 Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Pre-Requisites: Certified Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer Teacher
